Getting Around:
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 15 miles away, with a 25-40 minute drive depending on traffic. Free on-site parking is available. Taxis and private shuttles are easy to arrange, and local attractions are just a short drive from the property.
Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
IDs of all guests are requested and must be sent before your arrival; without them, you won't have access to the property.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is prohibited inside the home. The use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. A $300 USD penalty applies for violations.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or illegal activities are not permitted.
Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 PM, to respect the neighbors.
Guest Limit & ID Verification:
Only registered guests will be granted access to the property. It is mandatory that all guests are registered at least 48 hours before arrival. The building requires a copy of the ID for ALL ADULT GUESTS who will be staying, including yourself.
At the time of booking confirmation, you are required to provide the full names of all guests, including both adults and minors. Additionally, valid IDs for all adults are mandatory for a smooth check-in process.
Damage and Extra Cleaning: Renters are responsible for any charges related to damages caused during their stay or necessary extra cleaning costs after their stay.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
Wristband: The wristband provided during check-in must be worn throughout the stay. Loss or damage will incur a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN.
No Hanging Items: Hanging clothes, towels, or any objects on terraces, windows, or other external parts of the unit is prohibited.
Regulations Agreement: You will be asked to sign the internal rules of the complex with its specific policies.
Glass Containers: Eating or using glass containers (e.g., bottles, jugs, glasses) is prohibited in the pools.
Liability: The Condominium, Sub-Administrator, and the Surveillance Committee are not responsible for the loss or theft of any items left inside the facilities.
No Sound Systems: The use of speakers or any other sound equipment is prohibited in the pools.
Jacuzzi Restrictions: Children are not allowed to use the Jacuzzis.
Penalties for Rule Violations:
First Infraction: $1,000 MXN plus any remediation costs.
Subsequent Infractions: The fine increases.
Serious Violations:
First Infraction: $5,000 MXN and possible immediate removal.
Subsequent Violations: Fines increase and may lead to suspension of access to the condominium for up to one year.
