A refundable $500 damage deposit is required and is automatically managed through VRBO.
There’s no upfront charge — VRBO simply places a temporary hold on your credit card two days before check-in and releases it within seven days after checkout, provided the home is left in good condition.
This is just a standard precaution, and the process is fully handled by VRBO for everyone’s peace of mind.
