This house sleeps up to eight guests between the sleeper sofa and three bedrooms -- all of which have their own 48” smart TV.

A beautifully appointed master bedroom boasts a grand king bed, cable TV, and access to the pool area. A chic in-suite bathroom adds style and convenience with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.

A second bedroom offers a queen bed and a walk-in closet, while the third guest room comes with a pair of twin beds and a walk-in closet.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Heated Pool and parking for two vehicles in the driveway. The garage contains beach wagons, beach chairs/pool toys and amenities. Pack and play and high chair available with advance request.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend lazy days relaxing around your private pool. After a dip in the water, share lunch around the new six-person patio table. Or sprawl out on a cushioned poolside patio set.

The pool area also has a gas grill and a hammock -- the perfect spot for reading or enjoying an afternoon nap.

THE LOCATION

A haven for coastal activities, the house is across the street from the ocean and numerous beautiful beach parks.

Enjoy fishing, boating, snorkeling and kayaking at Phil Foster Park (15-minute walk - under the Blue Heron bridge) or Peanut Island (Water Taxi available from Sail Fish Marina). The oceanfront parks of Riviera Beach and Ocean Reef Park are also a short walk from home. On the North end of the island is John D. MacArthur Beach State Park offering kayaking, paddleboard rentals, a nature center and more.

Golf lovers are in for a treat -- the house is just over a 15-minute drive from PGA National Golf Club, home of an annual PGA Event and five championship 18-hole courses! Tennis courts & pickle ball courts are also located just 10 minutes away.

Walk across the street for happy hour at the Singer Resort with a beautiful beach front bar on the ocean or down to Castaway's Sports Bar or Johnny Longboats for dinner and drinks. Sailfish Marina has local vendors for their Sunset Thursday nights in season, and for a great meal and drinks/sunset enjoy the newly renovated Buccaneer Bar and Grill! Rafiki Tiki is an outdoor restaurant at the Riviera Beach Marina, where you can also take a short water taxi ride to Peanut Island.
