This quiet and peaceful 2 bedroom home is a favourite amongst travellers. With a continental breakfast included, family friendly amenities and secure pet facilities, make it a home away from home. It’s perfectly located close to the river and picturesque bushland with a walking/cycling track direct to the main street or it’s a 2 minute drive.

Pets Welcome
Pets welcome in the large secure backyard and only on tiled areas inside the home (kitchen, laundry). All evidence of pets being in the backyard need to be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges. A kennel, pool shell, toys and water bowl are provided. $50 fee is charged per pet.
Guest Access
You have private access to the home and secure backyard, no one else can book other rooms. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for (no one else can book these rooms) eg.
1-2 guests = Bedroom 1. 1 king size electric adjustable bed (2 x king singles)
3-4 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double bed).
5 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and one single bunkbed).
6 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and two single bunkbeds).
7 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and three single bunkbeds).
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If an additional room or beds are needed/used, they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees. Cot available upon request, charges apply.
** Long weekends and special events have 3 and 4 nights minimum **

We’re available anytime during your stay to answer questions, offer advice on the best day spa or coffee in town or anything else you may need assistance with. There's also a folder with brochures, tourist guides and discounts if you need any further information.
The apartment is located in a quiet, picturesque and secure part of town. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River. You'll thoroughly enjoy this peaceful and quiet home away from home.

- $500 security deposit paid by direct deposit when booking. This is refunded after cleaner has viewed the home.
- Strictly no parties
- Fill out checkin form upon arrival
- Limit noise from 8pm-9am to respect neighbours
- Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid extra cleaning charges
- Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from the host
- Pets not allowed on brand new carpeted areas (bedrooms and loungeroom), only allowed on tiled areas. $50 charge per pet paid by direct deposit prior to arrival. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges
- 3 and 4 night minimums - Special events and long weekends.
- *If paying by cash there are no extra fees, if paying by card there is a 20% fee added to total booking amount (excluding the security deposit of $500)*
There is a padlock with the key inside it attached to the front door. Code is 868.
You may park in the carport or there is plenty of street parking.
There is a full house manual and tourist information folder with brochures.
