There shall be 5 consecutive overnight minimum length of stay required for any reservation. There shall be no more than 4 unrelated people occupying the property at any time. Additionally, Ocean City requires Guests to fill out and sign a document detailing all Guests, ages and relations. These guidelines are strictly enforced. Upon booking, Coastal Resort Sales & Rentals will send a form to be completed and returned by the booking Guest.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
