Designed around a central island bench, there is plenty of space to prepare meals or sit up at the breakfast bar or come together around the large eight-person dining table.



The house consists of 4 bedrooms located across 2 levels. Bedroom configuration as follows:



- Master suite located upstairs with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom.

- Located downstairs are two of the queen sized bedrooms.

- The final bedroom downstairs comprises of two single beds, ideal for those travelling with kids.



- We have very fast fibre internet at this home - which is great for those guests who need to work from home. Speed 250 plus.



There is also a full bathroom downstairs with a bathtub and a separate toilet.



Ample parking is available including two spots in the driveway and a double car garage.
