We absolutely love staying at this property and this is the second time that we have stayed in this particular condo. It is absolutely gorgeous and has all the needs that you will need. It is beautifully decorated and the view is absolutely gorgeous. We always stay at this particular resort. We have for 18 years. We have our girls trip every year here.

Beach view was amazing! Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were so comforable. Style was so beachy. Great time was had by all. Close enough we actually walked to pier!

Rooms were nice and very clean. Beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils and appliances including an electric kettle. If you don't print the parking permit, be sure to bring a marker that will write on the laminated permit they provide. Downside, you have to "compete" with the private vendor that sets up rental chairs all over the beach front to get a spot on the beach with your own chairs.

We had another wonderful stay at Summerwind! The unit was spotless upon our arrival, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. We intentionally choose to stay at Summerwind every time we visit Navarre because it consistently provides a clean, comfortable, and relaxing experience. Condo was clean and the view was amazing. We were able to walk to restaurants within 5 mins. We never felt that the area was too crowded even though its in a high tourist zone.

The condo was exactly as described, and the view was spectacular. It was spacious, comfortable, and my granddaughters were thrilled to have their own bedroom and bathroom.Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. Within minutes of arriving, my granddaughter's feet were black from the floors after removing her sandals. We also found hair in the bathtub and on the toilet, the master bathroom light was not working, there was broken glass on the bathroom floor, and visible mold in the shower.Communication with the host was also disappointing. No arrival instructions were provided in advance. When I reached out, I was simply told the door code would be sent at 4:00 p.m. The day before arrival, we were notified that a parking pass was required but could only be printed while traveling or obtained from the condo. Since we arrived 15 minutes early, we had no way to get it until the on-site property management office kindly provided one while we waited for the access code.After checking in, I contacted the host to report these issues but never received a response. While the condo has many positives, the cleanliness concerns and lack of communication significantly affected our stay.
