Welcome.. You have arrived at HISTORIC MANNUM! that boasts and embraces over 150yrs of its iconic history on the riverbanks of the mighty River Murray!! We also welcome you to enjoy our lovely 120yr old stone cottage with a few modern touches. .It has 2 bedrooms with 2x queen beds. It has minimum furnishings and pantry items and the layout was designed over 100yrs with the bathroom separate, but connected undercover and completely secured. it is located on the ground floor but is separate from the upper level completely and has 1 covered off street carport parking space, accessed from the front street... there is a fantastic river and hills view from the front 2 rooms plus the wide verandah out the front.. The cottage is a 4 min walk to the river reserve and main street and the boat ramp is very close also. There is FREE filtered water taps at the river reserve where you can fill bottles and containers and SA water is in the taps at the cottage (it is a nice and safe drinking water) There is a few steps leading to the front door.
