WHITE HOUSE MANUAL
Dear visitor.

We thank you for choosing our accommodation, and we wish you an excellent stay.

Our house is strategically located in Punta Blanca on the beautiful and charming peninsula of Santa Elena, close to the sun route, where you can enjoy a beautiful beach with white sand.
To ensure your safety and tranquility during your stay, we have made every effort to prepare the house, following the cleaning and disinfection guidelines recommended by AIRBNB and complying with the protocols required by the health authority. We reiterate our full readiness to meet all your requirements in the best way possible.

We provide the following information at your convenience.
Owners: Angelina Montana.

Co-host: Patricia Lucas Quimis, Patricia takes care of the house keys, delivery and withdrawal. Make sure the house stays the same as it was delivered to you. It also has childcare services, cleaning, laundry, and care of your stay for an extra price.

Address: Taos Urbanization, Main Street: The Spondylus Route E15 (Sun Route) In front of the Royal Decameron Punta Centinela.

Wi-Fi: It is located next to the desk. At the entrance, you will see a Wi-Fi logo. You will find a QR code and the user and password. User: Casablanca Montana; password: Blanca88.

ADDITIONAL SPACES
Patio: You will find an outdoor living room on the top, with artificial grass and a table with chair; in this area you can have breakfast, coffee.

POOL RULES:
• Please take a shower before entering the pool.
• Use the bathrooms.
• Wear shoes
• Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.
• Compulsory: use of a swimming hat.
• The use of baby water diapers is mandatory.
• Mandatory suitable bathing suit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• It is not allowed to run, jump, or play abruptly.
• PROHIBITED to dive into the pool.
• Smoking is not allowed in the pool area.
• Food or beverages are not allowed in the pool.
• No toys, balls, or floaters are allowed in the pool.
• There is no rescue guard.
• Use the pool at your own risk.

Garage: Parking the vehicle (Garage for 4 vehicles) inside. Please always keep the garage door closed.

RULES FOR THE GRILL
• Do not throw ashes or burned coal into the trash.
• Place the ash in a bag before discarding it.
• Check the space around for garbage.
• Watch the children around the hot grill.
• Please clean the grid and its surroundings thoroughly after each use.
• Please handle all implements and tools carefully.

WHITE HOUSE RULES
House Rules:
• Generally, we expect RESPECTFUL behavior.
• Parties and social gatherings are prohibited, and if there are complaints from neighbors, you will have to vacate the House.
• Keep the spaces CLEAN as you received them; the cleaning fee charged in the reservation corresponds to towels and bedsheets. Leave the kitchen, living room, and dining room as you received them; if you don't have time to clean, leave a $5 additional cleaning fee.
• Take care of the WALLS, do not stain or scratch them; avoid additional costs for repairing walls.
• Smoking, lighting candles, and any other activities that could cause odors are not allowed; avoid additional costs for odor removal.
• If you have SMALL CHILDREN who need assistance with their biological needs, make sure to protect the mattresses.
• We have a TRUST POLICY, which is why we provide you with snacks and drinks with their respective costs. (Bottled water and soda $1, snacks $1, beer $2, and bottle of wine $10)
• We provide clean bedding, blankets, duvets, and towels; blood, wine, or other stains will incur a dry cleaning fee of $10 per item; if the stain cannot be removed, the total cost to replace the affected bedding will be charged.
• EXTRA GUESTS and visits are not allowed; only registered Airbnb guests are permitted. Check out our House Guide and get all the information in the palm of your hand.

• It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or events.
• No Un-Registered Guest; if more than one person is accommodated without a reservation, they will have to cancel an additional cost. ($30 per person per day)
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
• The towels are for personal use; do not use them to dry the floor or to clean food remains; don't stain them with hair dye or makeup. In case of loss of towels or irreparable stains, you will be charged $12 each.
• If you need a set of clean sheets, let me know to provide you with a clean set of sheets.
• For reservations longer than three days, cleaning and changing of sheets are included at no additional cost.
• If you wish to give a tip to the cleaning lady, it is of your own will.
• In case of damage or breakage of any appliance, sawmills or sheets of the house, you will have to replace or pay the value of the same.
• In case of loss or damage of the house keys, it would be a cost of $100 (100 dollars).

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE.
• We recommend that the departure time is 12:00 (midday), which is the time to complete your reservation.
Before your stay ends, we recommend:
• Leave the kitchen clean and picked up, dishes, pots and other utensils clean.
• All towels are left in the bathroom.
• Collect all the garbage, trash cans located under the kitchen sink, and leave it in the kitchen.
• Contact us when you have completed your check-out and return your keys.

Pool equipment: Please do not touch the Pool equipment ( machine, Filter Ect) if any problems please contact the host. Please rise off or shower before going to the pool if the pool has sand or any dirt from outdoor you will be charged an extra $60
