Luxury like no other, Turquoise Place is the best of the best! Each upscale unit features a hot tub, a large grill on your own balcony, and views for miles. Located in the heart of Orange Beach and within walking distance to all of your favorite restaurants and shopping. Turquoise Place's bar and grill, "Change of Pace," is now selling breakfast beginning at 8:00 am! Guests can now enjoy breakfast options on-site!



Turquoise Place C-2007 is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath on the 20th floor in the C tower. Previously known as "Cat's Meow" on VRBO.



• Unit features a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Wet bar with a wine cooler and ice maker



• Tile flooring is throughout the entire unit



• Full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit



• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a twin sleeper chair. The primary bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate shower.



• The second bedroom has a king-size bed



• The third bedroom features a king-size bed and two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• A maximum of two cars is allowed. There is one assigned parking space, and the other is first-come, first-served.



• Per the Turquoise Place HOA: The minimum age to rent is 25 years old, and must be physically present for the entire duration of the contracted stay. Keys will not be issued to anyone under the age of 25, and identification will be checked. There are no exceptions for this policy.



***Balcony hot tubs will undergo daily chemical level checks by an aquatics member between the hours of 10:00 am and 8:00 pm***



***Balcony hot tubs will undergo monthly remediation on the 11th of each month and will reopen the following day.***



WATER SLIDE

The new water slide is an exciting addition to our World Class facilities! This is expected to be our most anticipated amenity. There will be a height restriction of 48” and weight restriction of 300 lbs. per the manufacturer. Slide rules and height marker are on the gate leading up to the slide. Access is via the C tower outdoor pool deck on the south side stairwell. Attendants will be on hand at this amenity. Hours of operation to be 10am-6pm, 7 days per week (weather permitting). **Closed seasonally.



SPLASHPAD

This is sure to be a hit with those families with smaller children. Our Splashpad from Aquatix has many water features including a splash bucket and water cannons kids will enjoy. The splashpad is located to the left of the C tower outdoor pool and slide. Hours of operation are also from 10 am-6 pm, 7 days a week. Chairs are provided outside the gate but should not be taken into the splash pad area. **Closed seasonally.



PUTTING GREEN

Now golfers have an option to practice their putting skills with the best view in Baldwin County! Our professionally designed, 8 hole putting green has ample lighting for evening play as well. There will also be scheduled activities each for children to try their hand at this sport. This amenity will be open from 8am-11 pm. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.



OUTDOOR MOVIE THEATER

Activities will offer outdoor movies scheduled each week during the season. Owners and guests can bring a blanket and enjoy an outdoor movie as a family. Movie nights will be posted on the Activities schedule.



***As of 1/14/26, the Lazy River is closed for repairs and resurfacing. This project is expected to take approximately four weeks to complete.***



***Beginning the week of April 20th, we will begin replacing the Makeup Air Units located on the roof of each tower. This work requires the use of a large crane positioned between the buildings. We will share a detailed schedule as we get closer to the start date, but you can expect the following temporary impacts:



• Closure of the Service Road between the towers

• Removal of some landscaping between the towers

• Potential one‑day closure of:

• The main pool deck

• The new amenity deck, C Tower pool, and slide/splash pad

• C Tower garage entry/exit

• D Tower garage entry/exit



Please note: When a tower’s garage access is closed, vehicles parked inside will need to use the basement level to exit the property. Security and signage will be in place to assist and direct traffic as needed.



Main Pool Update:



• The main pool is being drained 2/9/26 to allow for leak detection and necessary repairs. It will reopen at a date to be determined.



Balcony Railings Update:



• Balcony railings are in the manufacturing process and we will update you once we have an installation date. Our goal would be to have these in place before the summer season begins.***



***The water slide and splash pad will be closed during the off-season, and the lazy river is not heated during spring and summer.***

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
