Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom lake retreat with shared dock access! This bright and spacious walkout basement suite is located in a peaceful, green neighborhood. It features a private entrance and is perfect for families, couples, or business travelers seeking a relaxing getaway.
Safe parking available on the driveway or street. Easy access to public transit and major highways.
Nearby attractions include Spruce Meadows, Cardel Rec Centre, Fish Creek Park, Southland Shopping Centre, YMCA, and a variety of restaurants.
The Space

*Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds (1 queen bed and 1 double bed)

*Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need

You will have exclusive access to the entire basement suite, the adjoining patio, the backyard, and the lake dock.
Parking:
Park your vehicle on the right side of the driveway (as viewed from the street).
Access the suite via the left side path of the house; there are a few steps along the way.
Other Things to Note:
We are a family of 2 adults and 1 child living upstairs. Some minor noise may be heard, but we aim to keep things quiet—especially between 11 PM and 7 AM.
