Welcome to Kickback Cottage's "Happy Daze"!
This rustic Cottage is in a perfect location for Bachelorette/Bachelor parties, University/College Students, Girls Weekends, Guys Weekends and Birthday Parties looking for BASIC accommodations. This unit is attached to other party style cottages and is NOT family friendly, NO kids, NO pets. We don't have Baby Cribs.

This area is all rental chalets making for a fun, laid back atmosphere. Weekends are lively with lots of younger groups in the attached cottages and around the neighborhood.

This is not the Ritz Carlton. If you are picky, particular, a complainer or expect something fancy PLEASE DO NOT rent from me!! What you see is What you get.

This 3 story, TOWNHOUSE chalet is an END unit (that means attached to one other cabin) and approximately 1,800 square feet in size. "Tequila Sunrise" cabin is on one side and a parking area on the other side. This is an older building with character not brand new!

This is a swiss style cottage so the second floor is all open concept perfect for parties and group cooking with a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a balcony just off the living area with a large 4 burner Weber natural gas BBQ (available all year). This cottage is setup with everything labelled and all the kitchen essentials for making your own meals. No Need to Bring Propane Cylinder. BBQ is Natural Gas Based.

The adjoining living room features an electric fireplace (not operational) , large smart TV with Shaw satellite and wireless internet.

There is a PRIVATE and NOT shared hot tub located at the front of this cottage that is used all year. There is also a private fire pit located in the backyard.

The main floor has 3 bedrooms with two double sized bunk beds and one double bed. There are also (2) three piece bathrooms with showers.

Downstairs in the lower level there are 3 bedrooms with a double sized bed in each room. There is also a double sized pullout couch in the rec room with ping pong, foosball, TV with DVD player. The unit sleeps a max of 16 people.

All bedrooms are small cottage style bedrooms with beds, dresser and/or closet. These bedrooms are perfect for short stays. No master bedrooms or en suites!

This cottage is very basic, nothing fancy.

What's included;

- Pillows with covers, comforters with covers and mattress protectors
**BED SHEETS and BATH TOWELS are NOT provided but can be rented from a linen company ( I can make the arrangements). This sounds weird if your used to hotels or renting condos but is pretty much standard for large cottages at Blue. Most groups bring sleeping bags , bed sheets and towels to keep it simple.

- Parking is available for a max of 6 vehicles, 2 cars can be parking in the front and 3 to 4 on the side of the building, in front of the shed.

- basic set of pots/pans, cutlery, plates and dishes, dish towels and dish soap

- coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, two fridges, salt/pepper, olive oil

- starter package of 6 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels

- iron, ironing board, hair dryer

Whats NOT included;
- There is no washer/dryer
- There is no dishwasher, they rarely work right and flood floors. Lots of groups bring paper plates or force the smaller members of their groups to do dishes by hand. Dish soap, drying rack and dish towels are provided.

**SHEETS and BATH TOWELS are NOT provided but can be rented from a linen company ( I can make the arrangements). Bed Sheets and Towels can be rented from a private supplier at a cost of $30 per set. You will need maximum 8 sets at $240 in total for a group of 14 people.

Important Info;
- Must be 19 years old to book a chalet and MUST be present during the stay.
- Absolutely NO pets and No Smoking Inside the Premises.
Guest access
Guest have access to the chalet, private hot tub area and private fire pit in the back yard, also Picnic Tables for guests exclusive use.
Other things to note
- There are three chalets at this location attached together. This is the LEFT hand chalet.

- This cottage is not family friendly

- All bedrooms are small cottage style bedrooms with beds, dresser and/or closet.

- City of Blue Mountain is very strict with Noise and Hot Tub Use. The city inspectors do the rounds every day, No loud noise allowed any time of the day. Hot Tub use is between 7 am till 11 pm every day. NO Hot Tub usage after 11 pm, The city may fine you with $650
