The Prestigious is a fully equipped chalet that can comfortably accommodate 12 people.

Located directly on the lakefront of the Royal Laurentian Golf Club.

Comprising 5 bedrooms with 6 king-size beds, the chalet includes bedding and towels.

3 full bathrooms (gas included), washer-dryer, dishwasher, 1 high chair,

Unlimited Wi-Fi, pool table, foosball table, and 2 giant screens (65 inches).

Bedrooms:

On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed (en-suite bathroom)
(near the kitchen).

On the garden level, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 king-size bed.

On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms:

1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed (en-suite bathroom).
(above the kitchen).

1 very large bedroom with 2 king-size beds. (above the living room with gas fireplace)

There is 1 bathroom per floor.

5 wall-mounted air conditioners/heat pumps.

Private hot tub open year-round.

Private beach, private dock.

Included: 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and 8 life jackets. (Available from May 15th to October 15th).

Indoor gas fireplace and outdoor wood-burning fireplace.
(Wood not included).

We are located directly on the lakefront of the Royal Laurentian Golf Course, 10 minutes from Sainte-Agathe and 20 minutes from Tremblant.

This cottage is for guests aged 25 and over.

Exceptions: - Families with children

- The person making the reservation must be present on the premises at all times.

- For those aged 21 to 25, we require two photos of your driver's license. These will be requested after your booking is complete.

Otherwise, forget about booking our chalet.

- 20 years old and under: this cottage is not for you, sorry.

The cottage is not a reception hall.

Maximum 12 people at any time on the property or inside the cottage.

No pets allowed at any time.

We are directly on the prestigious Royal Laurentien golf club and close to the Tremblant golf courses.

The chalet is close to several ski resorts: Mont Blanc (10 min.), Mont Tremblant (20 min.), Avila, Saint-Sauveur, and Habitant (20 min.).

The Royal Laurentien Golf Club offers snowmobile rentals directly from its clubhouse. An extensive 80 km network of cross-country and downhill ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking, and biking trails (P'tit Train du Nord).
Mountain bike trails and snowmobile trails (P'tit Train du Nord) are just 1 minute away.

Spas: Évasion (Golf Royal), Le Scandinave (Tremblant)?

You're 10 minutes from Ste-Agathe's large beach, its terraces, and its summer theater, Le Patriote.

You're 20 minutes from St-Sauveur to enjoy the Water Park, 80 restaurants, and all the festivals throughout the year.

Several golf courses are nearby, as are zipline parks (Tremblant and Morin-Heights).

Mont Tremblant is only a 20-minute drive from the chalet.

Near the Royal Laurentien Club: rental center for bicycles, snowmobiles, and massages. ($)
