We're an English family living in Quebec, we moved here in 2019 and bought Lake House in 2021.
Since then we have spent many special family times there, including birthday's, Christmas and any other excuse we can think of to spend time there.
Since buying the house we have learnt to ski, paddleboard, snowshoe and kayak. Our young children enjoy swimming in the lake along with kayaking in the summer, along with one of them learning to ski on the trails.
The last two years has been spent renovating the house and land, with two new bathrooms, new mud room, cloak room, entrance hall, upgraded and renovated kitchen, new AC and heating, fully redecorated internally along with many other upgrades. We've managed to turn the house into something rather special, as our friends and guests tell us.
We have now made the decision to rent the house out for short term lettings over 31 days.
Since then we have spent many special family times there, including birthday's, Christmas and any other excuse we can think of to spend time there.
