Everything geared toward your 5⭐️ comfort at this property rental in the popular Cadboro Bay Village. Although you likely won’t be inside too long as there is an abundance of natural parks in every direction and the city of Victoria offers so much to see and do.

Start the day with your *optional selected breakfast choice, maybe it’s fresh eggs from the hosts hens or freshly baked buttermilk blueberry muffins with complimentary tea and coffee. Automatic espresso maker and kettle in-suite. The queen bed with cooling comfort bed topper and quality cotton sheets are perfect for the end of your day. Or put your feet up in the living area, get cozy by the fireplace and log in to your favourite streaming apps on the 55" smart TV.

Easy walk to the sandy beach for water fun or relaxing strolls, playground, park and tennis courts. Equally close are the forested park trails of Mystic Vale on the university of Victoria property and the newly restored natural park, Haro Woods. The University of Victoria is an 18 minute walk or take the public transit which is running past the main roads of the village on frequent schedules. There you will find the University Cinema, Bookstore, Finnerty Gardens and more.

The village centre is a very short walk and it offers delicious dining options like, Mutsuki-An Sushi, Thai Lemongrass restaurant and Smuggler's Cove Pub or pick up your own fresh ingredients at the award winning local favourite Pepper’s foods to create an at home dining experience. Also available are Moka House coffee, Good Measure Bulk Foods, Heart Pharmacy and a Liquor store.

The city bus can get you to the downtown core of Victoria or to the very charming Oak Bay Village in about 20 minutes.

Your accommodations are a newly redecorated space in our family home designed for your privacyin mind. A full bathroom, laundry and work station.
Sleeping arrangements are one queen bed. One memory foam topper to be used on top of sofa to create a twin size bed. One twin size bed air mattress with electric pump to be set up on living space floor. See photos for examples. All items and bedding are located in the bedroom closet and two large ottomans in living room.

Amazing! Walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay here at Jodi’s! Fresh coffee, fresh flowers, local snacks, games, and a spotless, fully updated suite. All of that, and a friendly kitty in the garden who loved pets, chickens, and a short walk to the beach and a coffee shop. We would definitely recommend this place!

This place was perfect. Close to the ocean, UVIC, some restaurants and had a great vibe. The little touches like the treats, flowers and awesome coffee machine made the stay so nice. The owners obviously show pride and communication was good. We will definitely stay again when visiting Victoria.

Great spot in a lovely neighborhood

We had a wonderful time staying in Jodi‘s flat. Super cozy and really well appointed. The neighborhood was a delight and we loved walking to the water/beache in the neighborhood — all within about 10 minutes. Fun, local coffee, shops, bars to go along with the beautiful scenery. Jodi was a terrific communicator and made the whole process super easy. Looking forward to visiting again!

A heavenly retreat near the incredible Cadboro Bay

My stay was nothing short of delightful. Jodi really thought of everything to make this space restful, beautiful and functional. I would highly recommend this space to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Victoria. Just a few minutes walk to a gorgeous sandy beach! The bed was comfortable, the space was spotless, and every detail thought of. I would feel lucky to come back!

Best vrbo ever

Jody thought of everything with this suite. Off street parking, plugins beside the bed AND the mirror, snacks, coffee, fresh flowers, fire place, toiletries (q-tips, bath salts), fantastic coffee maker... there really was nothing she didn't think of. The communication was immediate and helpful. The location was ideal for trips to the ocean and to UVic. We would recommend this place 100%

Comfortable stay

Our family (2 adults, two teens) stayed here 3 nights. A little cramped for that many people but comfortable overall. Well appointed with everything you need. Clean. Nice finishes. Easy walk to UVic and restaurants at Cadboro Bay. Kids’ sleeping arrangements were a couch with a good sleeping pad and a blow up twin mattress.

3 night stay during Team BC tryouts at U Victoria

As others have mentioned, Jodi has truly thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. She kindly offered to make up the sofa bed for my teen, knowing we’d be arriving after 9 PM—a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. The welcome snacks were perfect, especially for an active teen, and the stocked dairy for coffee and tea was a lovely touch. The location is ideal for attending events at the University and is also close to several beautiful beaches. Highly recommended!

Excellent Father / Daughter Weekend!

Booked this Victoria suite for my 17 year old daughter and her dad to attend a weekend basketball tournament. They had nothing but great things to say about the property and indicated that they wouldn’t hesitate to book it again! (Which will absolutely be in the cards, given that our daughter will be attending UVic in the Fall…it’s a very easy walk to get to the campus.) They said the suite was new, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Jodi was an excellent host to deal with! What a find this lovely property was!! :) Thanks Jodi!

Very clean, everything you could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom! Great attention to details! Quiet and lovely location. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shop, grocery, nail salon, and walkable residential streets. It was also great to have a parking spot.
