Amazing stay, would do it again

Property was great, very clean, exactly as advertised. Location is perfect with easy access to beautiful beaches and eateries. Would 100% stay again!

Great location

Perfect place with everything you need. Comfortable beds, ample towels and the makings to fix yourself a cup of coffee to drink by the pool. The only thing I’d like to see is a light in the closet.

Overall great stay. Kids loved the pool. Very lucky nobody was in the other half of the house. Once the family checked into the Other half of the house that’s all we could hear all night.

Great dog friendly house

Great location with pool and laundry facility. It was perfect for our dog. Only suggestion I would make is to add a light in the closet and possibly additionalower shelving. I was too short to reach the shelf in the closet.

Lovely place

Everything was great. The only problem was with the TV and the AC. The AC is programmed to revert to the setting at various times. The weather was so nice we wanted to keep the windows open. So, when the AC came on, we had to raise the thermostat. The TV was basic, so we missed watching the Olympics.

So glad you were pleased! The smart TV's in each room definitely had Olympic coverage and literally thousands of other channels to choose from. Once you get a smart TV with Roku you'll realize just how awful cable TV is. Thanks again for being wonderful guests. All our best wishes.

Vacation was ruined

How would you feel if upon arrived at your VRBO vacation rental and you Discover that the property does not exist, in fact the VRBO address is a Forest preserve., The whole Vacation was ruinedexperience ruined my vacation. On February 24, 2023 I booked the VRBO property and I emailed the property manager letting them know I was visiting Florida to watch St. Louis Cardinals spring training, so property manager knew I was coming. On Wednesday March 1, 2023 I was scheduled to check in at VRBO property. I soon discovered That said address is a forest preserve, there is no property at that address. I spent about an hour and a half driving around, looking for the property which included asking 5 people who lived in the neighborhood, all five said that said address does not exist. At this point it was getting dark and I felt unsafe. No telephone number was provided for property manager so I emailed the property Manager and I instructed them to call me because I couldn’t find the property. The property manager called me back and said that VRBO failed to sync calendars. Property manager provided another property. At this point it was dark and I was tired so I agreed to go to second property When I arrived at new property, I didn’t like it and it was not the kind of property that I originally signed up for, Plus I began to feel that the property manager was a scam and I felt unsafe at this point. I decided that I would leave in the morning and book a hotel room. On Thursday morning march 2, 2023 at 8:30 AM, I was woken up by someone pounding at my door telling me to move my vehicle even though the property manager text me The day before, telling me exactly where to park. At approximately 9 AM I left the property and did not plan on returning, I planned on calling VRBO later when I have time. On Thursday, March 2, 2023 at approximately 1:08 PM, I called VRBO and informed them that I left the property and plan to stay at a hotel. VRBO called property manager who insist that I pay for a day and a half even though I was only there for about 13 hours

We try to accommodate guest's change of plans but you never once reached out to us during your stay. Then weeks after your departure we are notified of your attempted refund scam. Great neighborhood, apartment and pool.

The property was spotless and nicely furnished. Hosts were 100% on point - from booking to check out. Super neighborhood - quiet, safe, convenient to shops, dining and beaches. Heated pool is great, easy to swim in even when the night temp dropped to 60. The apartment is outfitted well with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Might be tight for more than 4 people.

Little piece of paradise!

We rented this suite to stay for 12 nights, working remotely from MN. Everything about the stay was exactly what we were expecting and more. The only thing I would maybe recommend is that it can sleep 6 but I wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults and 2 children. You could make it work but it worth be very tight with more than 4 people there. We also traveled with our 2 small dogs and the back yard was perfect for them. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. We will be back again!!!

Quiet and private getaway

Place is very private in a nice quiet neighborhood 3 min away from the mall. Listing is accurate and has room to sleep 6 but due to the size we found it difficult to comfortable house 3 people. Kitchen area is very small and cooking a meal was a challenge. Outdoor area is beautiful with lots of palm trees and decent size pool.
