This beachfront property is perched on Scarborough Beach, offering you easy access to the beach just a few sandy steps away. With no roads to cross, you can take in the magnificent nightly sunsets over the water from your balcony. This beautifully styled apartment epitomizes coastal chic, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and a newly renovated bathroom and laundry.
The space
Please note: There is ongoing construction next door, which may cause some dust and noise between 7am–4pm, Monday to Friday. While this may be a minor inconvenience, the stunning coastal hideaway still offers a rejuvenating and revitalizing escape.

Despite being just a short stroll from the restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops along the Scarborough foreshore, this seaside cottage gives you a sense of seclusion. This idyllic location is conveniently close to public transport, and the beautiful coastal pedestrian paths.
Experience the expansive balcony to enjoy the spectacular views. Inside, the breezy living area features comfortable sofa seating, Smart TV and split air conditioning/heating for your comfort. The kitchen boasts an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a dining table with a breakfast bar.
The apartment comprises two bedrooms, with the primary bedroom offering stunning ocean vistas and a premium queen-sized bed. The second bedroom features two single beds, making it ideal for those traveling with friends or with children. The beautifully renovated bathroom is accessible from both the main bedroom and the central corridor. There is also an internal laundry room that doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk to set up your laptop. Parking is available in the designated parking bay. Please note that access to the apartment is up one flight of stairs.
Please make yourself at home during your stay, as you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Before your arrival, please read and respect the house rules. We provide a hardcopy house guide that contains guidelines as well as local attractions.

While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please feel free to use the bug spray in the kitchen or reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
