Just steps away, a private beach invites you to unwind in the soft sands. It's the ideal spot to savor the views.



Step into the villa, and you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-air living room that seamlessly connects to the outdoor terrace, enhancing the feeling of indoor-outdoor living. The living room is elegantly furnished and offers a comfortable retreat for socializing or simply taking in the serene surroundings. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped and modern kitchen, complete with all the amenities you need to prepare gourmet meals. **This has 6 bedrooms and this is the 4-bedroom rate. Upon arrival, you can choose whichever bedrooms you like and the other bedrooms are simply locked off during the stay. The entire unit is still private for your group**

For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept a minimum of 7-nights but we prefer 12 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Year's week.



The Space:

La Salamandre boasts a total of six luxurious bedrooms. Five of these bedrooms feature king-size beds, each exquisitely decorated and equipped with ensuite bathrooms, offering both comfort and privacy. The sixth bedroom features two twin beds, making it an excellent choice for families or friends traveling together. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, offering a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights.

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).

Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).

Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person

* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!

The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.

* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.

Other Things to Note:

POOL TEMPERATURE

Private Outdoor Heated Pool (only between Dec 17-Apr 14)



Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature.

As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature,

which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain.

Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

If guests have a specific temperature they would like the pool set to, please inform

our concierge team prior to arrival, as the pool temperature must be adjusted by our

maintenance team.

Guests are not permitted to change the pool temperature themselves.

Interaction with Guests:

*All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to a 10% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa as described in the

‘Conditions’ and include all utilities (electricity, water, gas).



All Events must be under the supervision of an event planner including, installation of the decor, catering, and cleaning of the villa’s grounds af-

ter the Event. The Event planner must be able to provide the company proof of registration on the French Side and proof of insurance or autho-

rization to operate on the French side if the company is registered on the Dutch side of the island or abroad.



Villa’s include the services of one (1) housekeeper for basic assistance, unless specified differently in the ‘Conditions’. Villa staff gratuities are

not included but much appreciated by the housekeeper.

These rates are correct to date, but are subject to change without prior notice.
