The suite has been designed with extensive soundproofing to maintain privacy and reduce noise between floors. While we can’t guarantee complete silence, the soundproofing significantly minimizes any sound. In the unlikely event of a disturbance, please reach out immediately, and we’ll address it to ensure a peaceful stay, as we have clear rules in place to maintain a respectful environment.
Shared spaces include the backyard, patio, garage, and small boot room by the back door. If the basement suite is occupied, you may occasionally see pets or guests in the backyard.

As this spot is in high demand, please request in advance to confirm availability.
Driveway Spot (Left Side) – A free option on the left side of the driveway is available upon advance request.

To ensure a high standard of professionalism, we require a minimum $300 security deposit hold and a digital rental agreement, this is a common practice among top professional hosts. This hold is not an upfront charge and is similar to the card hold at any hotel. It will go back onto your card two days after check-out, assuming everything went smoothly.
