- Parking passes are required and may be purchased on-site upon arrival. Parking passes are $40 for the first vehicle and $15 for any additional vehicle
- Discounted Construction Rates! From October 2025 through March 2026, the property will be conducting exterior walkway and stairwell repairs. Guests may encounter workers, noise, construction dust & detours. All amenities, including pools, hot tub, and beachfront access, will remain open. Access to the condo will be maintained, though routes may vary at times. The nightly rate will be discounted during this time to compensate for any inconvenience
