The oversized kitchen and dining area is a dream for those who love to gather, making it ideal for shared meals and special moments.

Parking for up to five vehicles, thereâs adequate space to even bring your boat! From its unbeatable location to its stunning design, this home is your perfect choice for an extraordinary Queenstown holiday.
Guest Access:
Your convenience is paramount to us, which is why we offer a digital access option. A digital keypad on the front door enables hassle-free self-check-in, granting you the freedom to begin your holiday on your terms. Guests are requested to arrive before 9pm on the day of arrival to ensure we can offer assistance where required.
The Neighborhood:
Queenstown, New Zealand, sits on the shores of the South Islandâs Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps. Renowned for adventure sports, itâs also a base for exploring the regionâs vineyards and historic mining towns. There's many adrenaline activities including bungee jumping off Kawarau Bridge, jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers, skydiving and white water rafting. In winter, there's skiing on the slopes of The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and Cardrona local ski fields.
Getting Around:
An elevated location just 5min drive from central Queenstown and 10mins from the airport.
Other Things to Note:
Two bedrooms can either offer a King Bed or two King Singles; simply let us know at the time of booking and we'll separate the beds for your arrival. Our standard configuration is as King Beds.
Important: Additional charges apply for the addition of a spa. Please enquire the costs at the time of booking. Spa hire is subject to availability
At no additional cost, we can supply a high chair and portacot for infants, simply request at time of booking.
This property requires a $500.00 NZD security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.
Five night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year. âFromâ price reflects minimum number of guests at low season

1. Observe and respect the arrival and departure times
2. Tidy away dishes, leaving the kitchen as you find it.
3. Remove footwear inside the house.
4. All outdoor balconies and living areas must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously. No parties or events. Please take your parties into town.
5. Reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests only.
All reservations confirmed subject to the Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy displayed at the time of booking. Our guests accept the booking has been made reading these policies, which extend to and include our policies also displayed on our company website.
