Be greeted by a sensationally large family lounge with an open wood burning fireplace, smart TV, comfy couches, occasional furniture, high vaulted ceilings, plantations shutters and an air of elegance.
Visually exciting dining room, showcasing the exceptional magnesium gas heated salted pool that adorns the rear backyard. So inviting!
A substantially sized kitchen that boasts a beautiful stone island bench, Smeg appliances, all the cooking essentials, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine, to entertain, cook, and enjoy the external views of the deck & gas heated pool.
The master bedroom located at the front of the property, boasts a beautiful ensuite, with a walk-in rain shower & floating vanity.
Bedroom 2 located at the rear of the home, a central bathroom, ensuite style, with 2-way access.
Split system air-conditioning servicing this floor, ducted heating throughout. Wi-Fi via NBN.
