Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
This was our 3rd time at this resort. It’s not super modern or updated but it’s cozy and allows our dog.This was our second time in this unit. The first time it was just two of us and we were in and out so quick that we didn’t utilize the kitchen or the pull out bed. This time, we spent Christmas here as a family with our 9 year old and it wasn’t very accommodating for us. There were not enough pillows or blankets (1 extra blanket and 4 standard pillows is not enough for 2 beds). The pullout bed was horribly uncomfortable & you could feel every spring. All three of us ended up on the full size Murphy bed, which meant none of us got sleep. The kitchen could use some TLC & better cleaning. Cookware & kitchen tools were seriously lagging. It didn’t have even the basics like a cutting board or oven mitts. There was nothing available to bake in.The tv is not a smart tv. We hoped to watch the football game on Christmas Day, but had no access to streaming services. The space is nice but the unit itself could do better. We will pass on this one for now; for paying almost three hundred per night, I would expect a little more. Also, the pet fees are different for different units, our charge was 90, it used to only be 35.
