The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes 2 double beds, making this condo a great choice for families or small groups. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay and opens into the dining and living areas, allowing you to enjoy Gulf views while preparing meals or relaxing indoors.

Although the balcony is currently closed due to construction, guests can still enjoy the many amenities this beachfront property has to offer, including the pool area, beachside volleyball court, and shared barbecue grills for outdoor dining and family gatherings. The white sandy beach is just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of Indian Shores throughout your stay.

This Indian Shores vacation rental is conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants and attractions and sits directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. From here, you can easily explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your relaxing beachfront retreat.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Crews are working around the building in phases, and the main impacts during your stay may include construction noise during working hours and possible parking adjustments. Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool is closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction ends for the day and remains open all day on weekends.

Had to move to another property due to the noise of the construction. We lost most of our first day of vacation trying to fine another property to stay in.

Beach Vacation

The website indicated the pool would hopefully be open by March 5th. I found out it wasn’t going to be open while we were there a week before we arrived on the 6th. but we could use the chairs by the pool on the beach. When we arrived the manager told us we could not use the chairs so we had to go purchase two chairs and pay another hundred dollars! Then after a couple of days they were telling people they could use the chairs! There were NO amenities! Not even a grill to use!The weather was very windy during the two weeks we were there and chili so we left a day early.Last year we stayed for a month at a condo just for units down for half the price of what we paid for two weeks at this one! Will never be back to this one!
