An exceptionally unique waterfront apartment with an expansive harbour view of the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Situated in the heart of Kirribilli, one of Sydney's most exclusive suburbs, our three bedroom apartment is a wonderful opportunity to take yourself somewhere truly spectacular and experience one of the most famous waterfront views in the world from the comfort of your own private balcony. Street Parking permit provided!

The space
Stylish and unique penthouse with plenty of modern touches and a traditional heart, perfect for couples and familes who want to experience something truly memorable. From your first step inside, take in the iconic view of Sydney Harbour (opera house and harbour bridge). We have three bedrooms in the unit. One of the bedroom is connected with the living room and shared the balcony together (semi-enclosed), perfect for relaxing after a long day. From the balcony, you can overlook the harbour, opera house, harbour bridge, and Jeffrey street wharf; the morning tea or coffee tastes so much better when you have the scenery to match it.
5 mins walk to Milsons point wharf, which takes you to Opera house, CBD and other areas.
5 mins walk to Milsons point train staiton and local shopping/dining (Woolworth supermarket, BWS liquor, Thai, Japanese, Italian resturants etc)
4 mins walk to Luna Park
Street parking available with permit provided hence no time limit
Two Queen beds, one single bed and a sofa bed to accommodate a family of 6.
Gental reminder: There is no elevator for this elegant building( which is very common in this suburb). Guests need to walk up two levels. So itâs probably not suitable for elderly persons or the guests who have massive and heavy luggages.
We have prepared mobile oil heater in each room hence it would be very warm in winter
