Beach Retreat has undergone a huge and exciting renovation! Bigger house, better view from the huge fully covered deck and everything sparkling new!

Beach Retreat is in a fantastic location, a short easy walk to Pambula Beach with Lions Beach and the beautiful Rivermouth also both within a kilometre!
To top it off also nearby are beautiful walking/bike trails, a skate park and an indoor heated pool!

Polished floorboards throughout, split level with fantastic open plan living, well equipped designer kitchen with walk in pantry, master bedroom with tv, walk in robe and large ensuite on upper level and Tv room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom on entry level.
An extra large covered deck with great views opens seamlessly from the open plan living and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a Bbq while the kids play in the fully fenced backyard.

Arrivals only after 3pm unless earlier time available after confirmation with owners. Key in lockbox. Message us on arrival day for lockbox code.
Departure on checkout day no later than 10am, sorry no exceptions.
Note there is a self contained space with separate access via the side gate, this is not available for use and may on occasion be occupied by the owners, however guests would be advised of this upon booking.

Our house is well equipped for your holiday needs. The beds will be made and bath towels/bath mat provided however you do need to bring your own beach towels.

Please note there is a separately accessed downstairs unit under the back area of the house, this may on occasion be occupied. This is very rare when guests are booked in the house and we will give notice if this is expected at all during your stay.

Additional requests
On departure please ensure: All rubbish is put in appropriate outside bins. Dishes are clean and put away in same place they came from. The house and deck are left tidy. Sign out of your streaming services on TVs. Close all windows. Lock the sliding doors and front door.
