• The second bedroom does not have built-in wardrobes but does have drawers under the bed and hooks for hanging.

• The clearance height for the underground garage is lower than average, please check with the agent before booking if you have a 4-wheel drive or large car.

• IMPORTANT: As of February 2026 until July 2026 there will be building construction to upgrade the balconies in the building, causing loud noise during work days (7am - 4pm M-F)
