Large accommodation that can accommodate up to 10 people. Located near the city's activity centers, you will appreciate the calm of this accommodation with its ancestral character. Close to several neighborhood businesses such as restaurants, boutiques, pharmacy, grocery store and convenience stores.
The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, conventional oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, cooking equipment and dishes. There is also a space to eat at the counter.
The apartment is located between the dynamic rue St-Joseph (Basse-Ville) and the historic rue St-Jean (Haute-Ville). You will appreciate the proximity of all services (pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, cafes, shops, public transportation, etc.).
Nouvo Saint-Roch is a trendy neighborhood with many lively little restaurants, cafes and bars. It also houses stores selling clothing, housewares and toys along St. Joseph Street. Concert halls, theaters and contemporary art galleries dot the entire neighborhood. The Jean-Paul-L'Allier garden is decorated with an artificial waterfall and the immense Saint-Roch church is nearby. The city's professional baseball team plays at CANAC Stadium.
Old Quebec is the neighboring district (1.5 km east on rue Saint-Vallier Est and you will be there). Old Quebec is big and it can take 30 minutes to cross it. You will find it convenient to have Charest Boulevard nearby if you use public transportation.
Near a major network of cycle paths along the St. Lawrence River and crossing the city. In particular, the Littoral Corridor extends over 48 km between Montmorency Falls and Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures. Other points of interest: less than 20 minutes from Le Relais ski center, 30 minutes from the majestic Sainte-Anne-De-Beaupré basilica and 40 minutes from the renowned Mont Sainte-Anne ski center.
