Downtown at the Derenne is here to provide all the comforts of home in an exciting new location. This studio style condo is situated in the heart of historic Savannah, and it's perfectly equipped to suit all your needs. This gorgeous condo is available for extended stays of 30 days or more and includes all utilities. Please note that the condo building is undergoing some renovations in the common areas including the hallway. During this time, we are running a "hard hat" special on the rental rate. Step into Downtown at the Derenne and immediately feel at home. This charming and unique studio is situated inside the classic Derenne building. As soon as you walk through the front door, you step into a unique and cozy space accented with stunning furnishings and hardwood floors. The light, airy living room gets plenty of natural light making the area feel open and spacious. French doors open up to a charming balcony overlooking the oak trees and bustle of Liberty Street.

Throughout Downtown at the Derenne, designer decor adds elegant appeal to the home. A blend of traditional furniture, charming antiques, and glam accents create a one-of-a-kind ambiance. The color palette chosen for this getaway is primarily soft whites, creams, grays, and browns. Cheerful accents of blue and yellow add a little fun to the soothing space.

The kitchen and dining area provide functionality for you and your guests. In the kitchen, you will find all the essentials to cook up a great meal at home including a cooking range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Whether you're cooking for one person or a few, the kitchen is an enjoyable spot to make meals with a glimpse of the Savannah skyline out of the window. Nearby, the dining table for 2 creates a great spot for intimate conversation or convert the area into your work-from-home desk.

It also has a classic clawfoot tub where you can enjoy a relaxing soak or shower.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
