Our family had an excellent stay at this property, it is well appointed, very organized, and amenities exceeded our needs. It is like a home away from home with plenty of space for all of us. We also enjoyed the beach nearby.

Cottage was very clean. Beach access was only a 5 minute walk away. They have everything you need for the beach. Loved our stay. Host was very responsive.

Our family stay at this cottage was absolutely wonderful!! The property is exactly as shown in the photos and the kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need. Everything was spotless and very nicely labeled.Instructions were very clear and communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We've been renting in Tiny for more that 50 years and this was defintely our favorite place!

This was a lovely spot for a family holiday. Lots of space, wonderfully equipped kitchen and your very own sandy backyard, excellent for small children (no water, just sand). Our host was excellent and very responsive.The accommodation is lovely, well maintained and very clean.It was a bit far from the beach itself, if you have small children as part of your group. There is no place to park just by the beach so if you need chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. you have to take multiple trips or drive down first to drop off equipment etc.This would not be an issue for adults as it is only about a ten minute walk.We had a lovely holiday. Thank you very much Karen.

Brand new house with everything we needed

If you are looking for a house in the sweet town of Tiny, nestled on one of the forested streets near the beach, this is your spot. The beds are comfy, the house is spectacularly clean and the kitchen has everything we needed (except a corkscrew...which I am sure will be there the next time we visit ;).

Very clean house in very private set back lot. Feel like your in your own private paradise when sitting in back yard area. Very close to beach (4 minute walk) beach is absolutely gorgeous....one of the best in Ontario with crystal clear water and beautiful sand and nice sandbars for walking out ect....amazing sunsets....very private as only residents in area have access....no public beach goers to contend withKitchen has all amenities for cooking up big family meals, lots of extras like paper towels, coffee filters, dish detergent, pots n pans and serving bowls and dishes ect,ect...Host was very easy to communicate with and responded to inquiries very quicklyOur family had a wonderful stay...thank you for allowing us to stay at your place and make some great memories
