Bedroom 3: Another comfortable room with a Queen bed.
Bedroom 4: A fun room for kids with a twin bunk bed.

Guest Access

House Rules
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you kindly observe the following rules:

✅ Only registered guests are permitted. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests; additional guests may be allowed for an extra charge with prior approval.

✅ Parties or events are not allowed without explicit permission from the host.

✅ This is a strict non-smoking property. Smoking inside will trigger the smoke alarm and incur a fee.

✅ Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

✅ To help us keep the new carpets fresh, please enjoy all food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas only. Charges will apply for stains on carpets or furniture.

✅ Please remove shoes worn outside upon entry and leave them in the foyer.

✅ Kindly report any accidental damage to us immediately. Guests are responsible for damages incurred during their stay.

✅ Please leave the home tidy. An extra cleaning fee may be charged for an excessively dirty stove, refrigerator, or carpets.

✅ Please place all trash in the provided bags and dispose of them in the correct bins inside the garage. Garbage collection is on Wednesday mornings.

✅ Guests will be charged for any missing items, including towels, linens, or other housewares.

✅ Before leaving the property, please ensure all lights, electronics, and water taps are turned off.

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, there are exterior security cameras in place.

Yard: Please note that the exterior yard is currently a work in progress and is not yet fully landscaped.

Long-Term Stays: We welcome long-term rentals. This is subject to the submission of IDs, a rental application, references, a full credit report, and the signing of a rental agreement.
