Welcome to The Orchard & Oak Apartment.
Whether you are seeking a lazy getaway or fun filled adventures in nearby locations, this apartment is the ideal base to relax and recharge. Recently built and located near the hosts family home, the apartment is surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens with a strong country vibe nestled in kiwifruit country.
During your stay you will experience abundant bird life, vibrant night skies and the tranquility of nature. Enjoy coffee under the pergola, laze by the swimming pool or soak in the hot tub.
The kitchen and living space, with high ceiling is flooded with natural light giving a sense of space and comfort. The kitchenette is well equipped with amenities to self-cater easily. There is a washing machine in the bathroom for your convenience and the shower has awesome water pressure.
The main bedroom has a super comfy Queen-sized bed made up with luxury bedding. The large couch in the living area folds out to a comfortable King sized bed - very suitable for both adults and children alike.
Above the living area is a fun loft space with two single beds accessed by an attic ladder. (Max height 1.4m). Most suitable for ages 8 - 14yrs.
The accommodation is accessed by its own driveway, suitable for two vehicle parking. There is a sun soaked deck out the front complete with BBQ - perfect for cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Access to the pool area is easy from your front door - changing room, pool towels & toys provided.

Perfectly located for exploring the Bay of Plenty & Rotorua District we are
- only 15 minutes (by car) from Te Puke the "Kiwifruit capital of the world".
- 25 minutes to the beautiful Mount Maunganui/Papamoa beaches.
- 45 minutes to Tauranga central.
- 45 minutes to adventure-filled Rotorua.
- 40 minutes from both Tauranga & Rotorua airports.
