This beautiful 1st row waterfront home has unobstructed beach views from the family room as well as the kitchen. Sunbathe or stargaze on the spacious upper deck or enjoy the views from the shaded deck below. Step outside and take a few short strides to the Sandy Shores of Galveston and take a dip in the Gulf! The outdoor shower is perfect for washing sandy feet and beach toys. Or spend the day at the community pool, kiddie pool, boat launch, and tennis courts right down the road.
Step inside to an inviting and spacious open living area that is flooded with natural light. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the newly updated and fully equipped kitchen. Choose between an inside or outside dining area.

•PETS allowed at this property with prior approval. 2 dogs maximum; 50 lb maximum weight per dog. Non-refundable pet deposit of $92 per pet will apply.
•Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants; Fines up to $300 may be imposed for exceeding the guest occupancy.
•Must be 25 years old to reserve this home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
•Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
•Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
•No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
•No uninvited guests without permission
•Storage area is not accessible to guests.
•Do not take bath towels to the beach.
