We have set up our beach cottage so you get to enjoy the beauty Caves Beach has to offer.
Kitchen opens onto a relaxing timber entertaining deck, where you'll find outdoor seating, hammock & family sized Weber BBQ.
You can choose to be inside with our open plan fully equipped kitchen & living space or head outside to the undercover deck, complete with outdoor setting, BBQ, hammock and sitting area. If you are after some quiet time you may wish to enjoy the private back deck where you will find 2 deck chairs to laze in as you enjoy your morning coffee made from the coffee machine, while the sun rises.
If you prefer your coffee made for you, it’s only a 5 minute stroll to the nearest cafe.

The main bedroom features a queen size bed, built in wardrobe, reverse cycle air conditioning & ensuite.
The second bedroom features a double size bed, built in wardrobe & portable fan.
The third bedroom features 1 set of double bunks (to sleep 2 children) and a spare mattress under the bunk bed, that can be pulled out to use for an additional person if needed, built- in cupboard & portable fan.
The living area features a smart TV, large leather reclining sofa and futon sofa that can be transformed into a day bed along with reverse cycle air conditioning. There is free Wifi for your use.

You will find a washing machine & clothes dryer in the laundry cupboard on the deck.

The indoor dining area can seat 4 + 2 at the kitchen bench, while the outdoor dining area can seat 6 with an additional 2 seater setting available.

Each guest will be provided with a bath towel & beach towel for their stay. Bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, dishwashing liquid & washing powder will be provided to get you started on your holiday. The local IGA is only a 5 minute walk should you require additional supplies. Coles & Woolworths is only a 5 minute drive away.

The garage is not accessible for guests as it is used for personal storage.

The yard is fully fenced to keep your furry friends safe. We do request that all animals be kept outside. There is plenty of undercover space on the deck.

You are less than 10 minutes from beaches, local cafes, specialty shops, butcher, pharmacy, take-away food, gelato & Caves Beach Bar & Restaurant.

This cottage is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Minimum booking required - 2 nights.

You will have access to the whole house (excluding garage), yard and driveway for off-street parking.

You will find welcome information on your arrival which will provide instructions on how to use appliances, WiFi & Air conditioning.
