Are you ready to experience an amazing vacation on the Outer Banks? Summer Nights is sure to make that happen. With the beach access so close by, a day at the beach is an easy endeavor. Just walk along the walkway shared with Summer Days and you are there! This vacation rental is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, restaurants, shops, and attractions are easily accessible. You can even see the Wright Brothers Monument from the house!

Enter the property through the second level. On this level, you will find the majority of the sleeping accommodations. Guests can choose a 2 Queen Bed Bedroom with a Semi-Private bathroom. This full bathroom shares an entrance with the hallway. They can also select from a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds.

Head on up to the third level and you will instantly feel relaxed. The open floor plan with ocean views cannot be beat. Up here, is a comfy living area with light colored furniture. Make some snacks for the beach in the large open full kitchen. The dining table seats six. Enjoy your lunch while you take in the ocean views and listen to the sounds of the waves. Look closely and you may see the dolphins enjoying the Atlantic Ocean!


Grab your coffee in the morning and step outside on the large deck to catch an amazing Outer Banks sunrise. For the late-nighters of the group, they may want to stay in the King bedroom on this level. For convenience, there is a full bathroom here as well.

After a day at the beach, use the enclosed outdoor shower on the first level to wash the sand off. Throw your towels into the washer and dryer also on this level.

For those who want to vacation with other family and/or friends, be sure to check out Summer Days, the sister house on the same side of the street as Summer Nights! There is plenty of parking to include boats and trailers.

Summer Nights is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Village Beach Club
-Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 7 miles from Summer Nights.
-This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. You will also find a casual restaurant and bar, shaded lounge areas, and seasonal activities perfect for families or a relaxing solo escape. It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.
-Parking is $25 per car per day and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open May 1 to October 1, with the club itself open until 5:00pm. The community pool is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm, May 25 to September 7, 2026.

There are 4 parking spots for guests.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
