The Space:
Welcome to Miramare, our coastal escape for up to 12 guests. Nestled in the heart of world-famous Torquay, Miramare offers a peaceful retreat just a 6-minute stroll away from the beach and the must-try restaurants and cafes of this coastal town. This home can be enjoyed year-round with ducted heating and air-conditioning/refrigerated cooling.

With capacity for up to 10 to 12 guests, this exquisitely renovated 1950's home is the perfect choice for large families. Spanning across three levels, guests can experience ample privacy and comfort with numerous bedrooms, living spaces and outdoor areas.

Miramare boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with stunning views of the ocean and the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. In the kitchen, you'll find all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, plus more. Enjoy a fresh brew in the morning from the coffee machine, cook up a storm with the help of the air fryer or create a toasted sandwich with the sandwich press. The dining table can comfortably accommodate eight or more guests, providing the perfect setting for all guests. With various living areas, you can relax after a day in the sun with a captivating book, a glass of wine or unwind with a movie.

Bedrooms offer guests ultimate comfort suiting travelers of all kinds. The master bedroom is located on the bottom level and has an ensuite, large walk-in robe and access to the backyard. The other bedrooms are located on the middle floor, separate to the main living and dining area for added privacy. In these rooms you'll find a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and sofa bed and the final bedroom with a standard bunk and double bunk.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property. There is no garage access.

Torquay, the first stop of the Great Ocean Road has something for everyone. Centrally located, this house is in 'Old Torquay' giving you access to the beach, restaurants and cafes in minutes. Explore Whites Beach and Torquay Beach by foot or head down to the Esplanade for a bite to eat or drink.

Getting Around:
This home is in walkable distance to all of Torquay's main attractions. To see the sights of the Great Ocean Road, the best way to get around is by car.

Before booking, please be aware this home does have stairs.
We do not accept bookings for hens parties and bucks nights. No parties are to be held at this property. Evidence of a party will incur a fee.
