This inviting retreat in the heart of Christchurch CBD is just a short walk from cafes, restaurants, a variety of retail shops and public transport, and approximately a 20-minute drive from the airport.
Ideal for unwinding after a long day or work or exploring the city, this cozy haven offers a serene atmosphere that promotes relaxation and comfort.
A 2-level townhouse featuring open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and lounge area with the comfort of air-conditioning on the first level.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals including oven, cooktop, toaster, cookware and utensils, as well as a dish-drawer. The dining area features a stylish table and chairs to sit and enjoy your meals.
The living area is bright and welcoming, with a sofa that converts into a bed for an additional sleeper if needed (linen for the sofa bed is an additional cost). Wi-Fi is available and a wall-mounted smart TV is there for your enjoyment.
Located upstairs are two double bedrooms complete with comfortable queen beds made up with high-quality linen. Each room has a wardrobe should you wish to unpack your bags. There's a full bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and an ensuite off the main bedroom, both equipped with fresh towels.
Outside the lounge area is a private courtyard; the perfect spot to relax at the table and chairs with an early morning hot drink, a meal or a refreshing drink!
The carpark is located off site, approx 20 second walk from the front door.
Entering the ground floor you will find the open-plan Living, Dining and Kitchen area leading out to the backyard.
Heading up the stairs you will find both bathrooms and bedrooms.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
An inner city townhouse, situated one row back from the main road, you may hear usual city noises including occasional sirens and car noise. However, on the whole the convenience of being close to the CBD outweighs this possible inconvenience.
There are 15 off-street parking spaces next door, available on a first-in first-served basis. These are located a 20 second walk from the property
We can facilitate early check-ins/late check-outs. However, there is an extra cost to cover express cleaning ($10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours). Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
