Lakehouse with Spectacular View + Pool and 5 Bedrooms close to Niagara Falls

Thank you. You were a pleasure to host

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take guest concerns seriously and have reviewed the and addressed the legitimate maintenance issues mentioned. However, several statements in the review do not accurately reflect the property or our efforts to maintain it. We were particularly disappointed by comments that the property is “falling apart” and that we have “cut every corner possible.” We invest significant time and resources into keeping the property well maintained and providing the experience represented in our listing. We also regret that our communication was perceived as rude. We always try to respond to concerns objectively and address issues when they are brought to our attention. We appreciate the positive comments about the pool, views, space, and layout, and will continue working to provide guests with a comfortable experience.
