Welcome to your ideal escape in the vibrant heart of Elwood. This charming unit boasts 1 cozy bedroom, 1 modern bathroom, and a dedicated parking space for added convenience. The elegant interior creates a warm and homely atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after exploring the local area.

Situated just moments from St. Kilda and Elwood shops, cafes, and the beach, this unit offers a seamless blend of comfort and style, making it the perfect base for your stay in Elwood.

Step into this beautifully modern and stylish unit, where comfort and relaxation await after a day of exploring the vibrant local area.

As you enter, a staircase welcomes you, leading up to an inviting open-plan kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is bright and contemporary, equipped with all the utensils you'll need for a comfortable stay. Just off the kitchen, enjoy your morning coffee or unwind on the private balcony.

The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa and TV. Another balcony extends off the living room, offering more space to soak up the fresh air.

A few steps down, you’ll find the spacious bedroom, which comfortably sleeps 2 guests. Beyond the bedroom is a large, well-appointed bathroom with an oversized shower, along with a separate toilet for added convenience.

This unit also includes a Euro laundry with a washing machine and dryer to cater to all your laundry needs.

Located just moments from bustling shops, cafes, and the beach, this unit perfectly balances style and convenience, making it the ideal base for your Elwood getaway. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or to soak up the vibrant local culture, this space offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

There is garage parking for 1 car and street parking available.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

There is no off street parking and hard to get close to property when trying to unload. We arrived late traveling from Adelaide no lighting at all at entrance. Entrance itself was very dirty and a lot of spiders. - Coffee Machine was filthy- No top Sheet on bet.- Mattress on bed was a double with a Queen base- Balconies were very dirty with a lot of cob webs and spiders.- No Physical guest Book.- No TV Remote for Free to Air TV - So could only watch movies etc.- Only one capsule for the dish washer. We were there for three nights.
