I welcome you to this private bedroom! Set in the friendly & quiet neighbourhood of Park Allen, you will love being central to everything you could want in the city! It is a perfect home-away-from home for any guest! The room has large windows, so it is bright and spacious with curtains for privacy and has a dressers for your clothes. There is shared bathroom on the same floor (i.e., bathtub with shower, toilet and sink) as well as a fully stocked shared kitchen with all of your basic needs.

- Queen bed, TV, dresser with mirror, and desk.
- Stocked Kitchen: Fridge, Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Pots, Pans, Dishes, etc

No Parties or Events are allowed.
There is some potential for noise from the main floor which is another Airbnb Listing which includes a hallway that is adjacent. However, if the noise has become excessive or outside the quiet hours, please notify me me your host.
We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations that are non-refundable under our policy, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire.
Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If we cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, we reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
