Housed in Solare-Bahia Mar, an exclusive and gated beachfront resort with 24/7 security, fabulous amenities like pools, jacuzzis, beach access and sun deck, tennis, pickleball, a kids’ playground, and more. Plenty of fun for the entire family. Let the ocean breeze relax you and whisk you away to vacation mode!
The Space:
Welcome to our third-floor, two-level beachfront villa with amazing ocean views, stylish and comfortable furnishings, and fabulous amenities onsite at Solare-Bahia Mar for the whole family.
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a chic, open-plan concept with a direct ocean view. Our beach getaway space features a sleek and fully equipped kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances and extras like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher! There’s a convenient breakfast bar with three bar stools for a quick snack, coffee, or to work on your laptop if needed.
When you want a more relaxing sit-down meal, there’s the dining area, where you’ll find a table for six with an ocean view! The living room area features a plush sofa facing a flatscreen Smart TV with cable for those moments at home with your favorite shows or a movie together after a fun day of seaside adventure.
When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, there are three bedrooms, all with Smart TVs and cable! The 2 bedrooms on the main floor both include two queen-sized beds and full ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs in the loft you’ll find the lovely master bedroom, which has its own private sea view balcony with seating. Nothing like waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves and an ocean breeze!
Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and ironing equipment, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.
The beach and ocean are only seconds away from you. Get ready to splash in the sea or the two large pristine pools onsite, each with a hot tub! Bahia Mar has so much to offer like a wonderfully large beachfront deck where you can read a good book or simply gaze and relax to the sound of the waves, enjoy easy access to the beach, or the outdoor grill area for delicious barbecues. Like playing tennis? Pack your rackets and enjoy a match on one of our two courts. This is one of the biggest properties on the island and security is always on top of things to ensure a pleasant stay. New vacation stories make the best souvenirs, and in Bahia Mar, you’ll make the best ones!

You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
- Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
- This property is not pet-friendly.
Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
