Enjoy the spacious patio with your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. This condo sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath.
Here in the heart of the Island, you are close to a wide array of restaurants and the white sands, blue waters, and endless activities. Enjoy the beautiful beaches. Take a nice walk and find the colorful seashells. Go exploring in kayaks, canoes or paddleboats. Charter a fishing boat. Or lie back and enjoy the magical sight of dolphins playing in the surf.
The San Marco Villas community offers plenty of amenities as well. Take a refreshing swim in the spacious heated pool surrounded by palm trees then relax in the hot tub.
One of Marco Islands most popular family attractions, Mackle Park, is just a short walk from the house. It is filled with covered basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, tetherball, a soccer field, and for the younger kids, a splash pad and an enormous jungle gym in a pirate ship-themed playground. Inside the community center, You will find two billiards tables, ping-pong and foosball tables. There is even a lake where you can take a scenic walk around.
