The downstairs level is wheelchair friendly with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. It also has a second lounge room, small courtyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and laundry with drying facilities. The kitchenette has a full-sized fridge, 2 burner stovetop, microwave, and small dishwasher.

Upstairs has a large lounge room and dining room that opens up onto a BBQ looking up to the lifts. Modern fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, 2 bedrooms, and main bathroom.
