The home features three bedrooms: one with a queen bed and ensuite bath, another with a queen bed and shared bathroom, and a third with two single beds. The recently renovated tiled bathrooms are both stylish and comfortable. The large backyard is great for summer Kiwi cricket, and there's off-street parking for several cars and a small boat.
Guest access is self entry, a lockbox is located at front door and key and house instructions are sent on the Monday prior to your arrival.

Heating in the home is an Open Fire and heat pump, there are panel and oil heaters in all the bedrooms. The cleaning fee includes up to 2 hours cleaning, and all linen hire for 6 people. It is expected that you leave the property tidy as found. Maple Tree Lodge has a strict noise curfew between the quiet hours of 10pm and 7am. This is an older style property, so comes with her quirks. However as you will tell by the property reviews, guests love their stay, the character of the home and eclectic furnishings. This is not a party house - please don't book if you anticipate on having gatherings. The house is available to those who book only, unless agreed by prior arrangement with management.
