Upstairs you'll find the spacious and serene primary bedroom with a king bed, gas fireplace, and beautifully tiled en suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom with a queen bed has a work from home office space and provides a lovely guest room. The secondary bath is next door and has a Miele washer/dryer on the 2nd level for ease.

Close to Santa Barbara's Arts District, Public Market, Alice Keck Memorial Park and walking/biking distance to Stern's Wharf, the Funk Zone, East Beach, West Beach, and all the local shops and restaurants.
