The backyard also boasts a large covered patio with new concrete and an oversized spa with a cascading waterfall, perfect for relaxation. For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.



*All non-resident drivers and vendors must present a valid, government-issued driver’s license upon request.

*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community. Oversized vehicles, vehicles with logos are not permitted in the community overnight.

The home also includes a detached casita with a private bath, ideal for guests or as a private space for work or relaxation.

Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:

You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival and we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do.



We encourage guests to text us by phone or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.



Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room 65' HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms.

Cable channel availability may vary.



Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.



Private Pool: Please keep in mind the pool is not gated.



Quiet Hours: 9am-9pm (No loud screaming, yelling, amplified music)



To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd, and take a right to enter the gate. Give them your name and the property address.



Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup in on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.



Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.





The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing and will issue hefty fines and a citation that the guest will be responsible to pay.



The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use.
