As for the drive to the cabin and the driveway, it's important to note that the cabin is located in the mountains, which may involve driving up or down hills. While a 4-wheel drive is recommended, it's not always necessary, as guests with 2-wheel drive vehicles have successfully reached the cabin. However, we understand that driving conditions can vary, especially in winter months, so please consider your comfort level and the weather conditions when making your decision. If you prefer a flat driving experience, we suggest considering a hotel downtown.

Trash Policy: All trash must be placed in plastic bags and disposed of in the outside trash can. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cleaning fee.
Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 small dogs under 12 pounds. Additional dogs are not permitted. Any unauthorized pets will incur a charge of $400 per extra dog, and guests are responsible for any damages caused. Excessive pet hair may result in a deeper cleaning fee of $200. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. A pet fee of $150 per trip applies.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 deep cleaning fee.
Maximum Occupancy: The cabin accommodates a maximum of 10 people. Exceeding this limit will result in a charge of $150 per person, per night, or possible eviction.
Security Cameras: Tampering with or blocking the security cameras is strictly prohibited. Such actions will lead to immediate cancellation of your stay and a $200 fee.
Housekeeping Requests: Used sheets and towels can be placed in designated baskets. Starting a load of laundry is appreciated, using the provided bleach and HE detergent. Please clean up any mess you create during your stay.
Dishwasher and Refrigerator: Before departure, rinse off or clean excess food from dishes and pans before placing them in the dishwasher. Remove any opened food items from the refrigerator.
Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, ceiling fans, and electronics when not in use. In winter, set the heat to 68º F, and in summer, set the air conditioning to 78º F.
Hot Tub: After use, set the hot tub heat to 90º F and replace the cover.
Departure Instructions: Lock the doors, close the windows, and sign the guestbook. Departure should be by 10 am to allow for preparation for the next guests.
