3 Bedroom 3 bath in upscale Lakota neighborhood. Fully remodeled primary suite. Modern amenities and fully stocked kitchen - including spices!
Wonderful views of ski area and divide. Located across the street from Winter Park Resort. Steps away from “The Lift” free shuttle to the ski village or downtown. Beautifully furnished including washer, dryer, FIRE PIT, OUTDOOR GRILL and PRIVATE HOT TUB!
Newly remodeled primary suite is on upper level for absolute privacy and includes a wonderful king mattress, double vanity, brand new spa shower and carved bench my husbamd made from an old oak in the yard! Smart tv and plenty of storage.
The main living area boasts a lovely family room with amazing views of the ski area and gondola. Complete with gas fireplace and large smart tv. There is a mud room and updated powder room with access to the one car garage. Adjacent is the dining area that seats 8 and well equipped kitchen. The lower level is where you will find two additional bedrooms and a full large bath. One bedroom is a well appointed comfy king bed and the other bedroom is a bunk room with two queens and a twin xl trundle. Only children on upper bunk please (weight less then 200).
The upper deck has some seating with umbrella and a gas grill. The lower deck is where you will find a private hot tub and an iron propane FIRE PIt/table and 4 iron chairs. Enjoy the view any time of year!!

Our group of 8 loved this spot! Very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay (think ample kitchenware and spices, oil, etc), towels and blankets/pillows. We loved the hot tub! A half block walk to the green shuttle to the resort. Great spot if you want a private hot tub near winter Park and king beds for adults!

Amazing Views

This cabin has everything!! The location was absolutely perfect for our Ski Vacation to Winter Park. The view of the slopes is so fantastic from both the downstairs bedrooms and the living room. Garage parking was a plus and being able to soak in the hot tub after a day on the slopes was so nice. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice sitting area in living room and an automatic fireplace to add to the ambiance. Would definitely recommend staying here. The unit does not have a bedroom on the central main floor so you must either go up or down the stairs to access the bedrooms. This wasn't a problem for our group but might be a dealbreaker for some. The host was so nice and communicative throughout the entire process.

Great WP property

We had a great stay. Only downside was the shuttle was hard to sort out and not super reliable. Unit is very nice and owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. When a storm rolled through she accommodated a late checkout also, which was very helpful for us.

Beautiful Condo!

Wow! What a view! This condo was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in Winter Park. Its large windows and deck provide an amazing view of the Winter Park ski runs. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and open. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the private hot tub and sitting outside on the patio. The location is perfect for quick trips to Winter Park Resort or the towns of Winter Park and Frasier. Both are just a few minutes away. Check-in and communication with owner was quick and easy. We are already planning a return stay for a ski vacation!

Great Property

Our family took our annual Spring Break trip to Winter Park and we loved our time at this property. The bedrooms were spacious and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes with great views of the mountain. Teresa was great to work with and very responsive before and during our stay if we had any questions. Very accommodating hosts!

Family and I had a great time at this location. Any issues with the home upon arrival were very quickly resolved (the hosts even brought a brand new refrigerator to replace the existing one that was leaking). The hosts also acquired things we requested for our toddler, and went the extra lengths to ensure we were comfortable. The home itself has an immaculate view of the mountain, and some of the best bus access in Winter Park (very short route, every 20 minutes to village, and extended hours pickup/dropoff for those evenings dining out in town). If you're staying in WP to ski, give them a call. You'll be well taken care of.

Wonderful condo with a beautiful view!

Perfect place for a week of skiing. The condo has a great layout with lots of windows to take in the view of the trees and ski hill. The kitchen was really well equipped. The living area was comfortable and roomy. The beds were super comfy. The decks give added space and the hot tub was so appreciated after a day on the slopes. Short walk to the city bus stop and shuttle to Winter Park ski resort. Teresa was an excellent host. Love to come back for another stay!

We loved our week in Winter Park

This property was perfect for our family of 7. Location to shuttle and gondola is great. The house is lovely with wonderful views and everything you need to make your trip easy. We loved the hot tub after skiing. The best part is the property Owners are so nice and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.

Spacious, garage, across Hwy 40 from lifts, close to shuttle. Theresa let us check-in at 10:00am as our flights were changed. Wonderful Christmas reunion with family. We even made cookies! Highly recommended!
