It is a short stroll to the beach, children’s playground and dairy shop with takeaway store and small pub.
It is sometimes incredibly beautiful sky in the night. On a clear night you can see the milky way! It is quiet and also you can hear the sound of waves in the night.

Special conditions:
(1 ) Please have a look that the hot water cylinder switch would be on in the half bathroom when you will arrive first here.

(2) The kitchen light switches where is by entrance door has located by inside on the right of the living room door.
(3) You can use only roaming through data of your smartphone. It is very clear strong signal at Himatangi beach.
We do not provide Wi-Fi

(4) The kitchen room, the living room, main bedroom and shower room have fifteen electrical power points, we have provided the power extension cords, the double adaptors for you.

(5) The washing machine is near the entrance door at the porch. (cold water washing only and the water pipe is not right size so it takes longer to be filled water)

(6) The bathroom is accessed from an outdoor porch.

(7) We provided the rubbish bags and the official rubbish bags which are for you under the sink in the kitchen room.

(8) We also have provided 3 oil heaters (one is 1 1 fins heater and another two small 5 fins column heaters) and panel heater at main bedroom.
