Situated in the extremely popular suburb of St Clair. Walkable access to some of the best beaches and the esteemed Esplanade area where you can find a selection of great cafes, restaurants and shops. Handy also to the popular "Dinosaur Park" and a nearby golf club.
The interior of the property is entirely your own. The yard and driveway area is shared with our neighbouring accommodation, however it is scarcely used. There is 1 step up into the property, and then an additional couple of steps down from the living area to access the bedroom / bathroom area.
From the car park directly outside the unit, enter into the kitchen and spacious open plan lounge & dining area. From a door off the far end of the lounge, you will find the bathroom on your right, and bedroom down a couple of steps. The bedroom can be set up with either a King bed or 2 Single beds, and an additional bed can be set up in the lounge on request.
A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater available in the bedroom. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed.
